Web 3001 cooperated in the development of the CNOCA site. C.N.O.C.A.
 Clube Náutico dos Oficiais e Cadetes da Armada [Nautical Club for Marine Officers], was founded in 1888, by a Royal Decree dated from the 7th of June, with the designation of Clube dos Aspirantes de Marinha[Club for Marine Midshipmen].
It adopted the present designation in 1938. The C.N.O.C.A. is a non-profit private association, which main goal is to offer its members the possibility for practicing nautical sports.
